2. Fill in the short survey💬👨👩👧👦 This will take less than 20 minutes and just asks you some simple questions about yourself.

3. Pop your saliva sample in the post📮🥰 We are so grateful to our volunteers that take the time to do this. The sample will arrive in the post a little time after you have entered your address. 🏡 Just follow the instructions in the kit and once it’s finished just simply pop it back in a red post box near you (no need for delivery fees or writing adresses it’s all done for you).
