SOCCA - Chickpea Flatbread
This month, we celebrated the city of Nice in the South of France. One local dish we had a go at making, is socca which is a simple flatbread made out of chickpea flour so is gluten free. Cooks very similar to a pancake.

To make it, you only need chickpea flour, warm water, olive oil, salt, pepper & rosemary.
