In all actuality, it's God. He orchestrates so many blessings and miracles.
Saying this particular deal was "not easy" is a gross understatement... You know that I have a strong disdain for coop purchases but I help my clients no matter what.
We had been searching for a long time and when we finally got in contract, and submitted the board package, I didn't expect a quick rejection. I immediately drove to the management office, told them there must be a mistake and got them to review everything again which led to correcting the error and ultimately getting accepted. The entire process took over 6 months but we got it done!
