Typically I would say if you want to do a day trip from Porto Portugal, this would be a fantastic town but honestly I feel like this town is way better for just a day trip you need to come stay overnight at least two days because it’s super Charmy there’s so much history after all the birthplace of Portugal it’s the city where Portugal became a country and add this place in northern Portugal to your list. We were thrilled with our stay at InterCityHotel, Leipzig, Germany.
First of all the hotel is right, two blocks down from the train station and also close to so many restaurants in so many landmarks you could really easily walk everywhere from this hotel.
We also loved the breakfast and even woke up for it because we sometimes don’t and the bar area later gets very used which we were surprised and it was nice to just hang out there. They also have a cool vending machine where you could buy wine and beer and snacks, so everything that you need.
The best part that was definitely the check out at noon!
