Join me on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment. As the founder of Freda Power, a brand which stands for loving who you are, self-acceptance and embracing all sides of you, I wanted to share my story with you. đ
There was a time when running and working out in a sports bra made me feel vulnerable and self-conscious. I would hide my insecurities under layers of clothing at the gym, afraid of judgment. But something changed when I immersed myself in fitness.
Through the power of movement, I began to love and accept myself. As I pushed my limits, I discovered a newfound strength, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. Fitness became a road to self-discovery, leading me to embrace my truest self, celebrate my Queerness and embrace it as part of my journey.

1. Even in spaces or places where our Community isnât completely protected or valued, we will always Show up and Show Out with joy
2. We are now superfans of Darkwah (@hausofdarkwah) and Silvy (@silvypavida)
3. Volunteering for events close to your heart = new friends, perspectives and a nice little hit of dopamine for doing something good
The Gay Games began in 1982 with 1,350 participants and has grown into a hugely anticipated event with tens of thousands of people involved, from all around the world.
Celebrating Diversity in sport is something we LOVE to see and we only wish we saw more of it on a daily basis.

Check out the Disrupt Campaign BTS. This was one of the biggest days for our little brand, everyone involved helped bring such a wonderful and joyful vibe to the day, we had volunteers making it work, everyone was doing 2-3 jobs to get the right shots and everyone WORKED their butts off!
As a small brand, making moments like this day work is all about the community you bring with you. Ours may be small for now but wer are Powerful

Clothing - even sports clothing - should make you feel joyful and confident! If that's a fitted top, or a sports bra, short shorts or more a covered look, all that matters is how it makes you feel!
