bc you’d need a massive amount of thrust + the reverser doors direct the airflow from the fans forward = safety hazard for terminal and ground crew

Waste of fuel, pilot’s can’t see what’s going on back there, can exhaust engines and costs more than an actual pushback tug as well

Their not allowed by FAA to use their reverse thrust on the ground since it is a safety hazard because of the immense amounts of thrust being output
