AD | The weather (winter/ harmattan season) has changed and vanished and the weather has become warmer and would get hotter! 🌍🌱
♻️These are the changes I’d be making to my lifestyle and diet;
• keep fit and exercise more
• Get some fresh air
• Eat healthy food- like whole grains, yogurt and food high in fiber
• Eat fruits and veggies
• Reduce my intake of sugary drinks
• Drink lots of water to stay well hydrated
♻️ For Skincare
• Swap cream cleansers for gel cleansers that would better get rid of sweat, dirt and sunscreen.
• Reduce the quantity of hydrating toners-you don’t need to use a lot in this weather especially normal to oily skin types.
• Add an hydrating serum if you have dry skin.
•Use a serum to target skin issues!
I love to use @topicals Faded Brightening and Clearing serum to target my hyperpigmentation. It contains actives like tranexamic acid, Alpha-Arbutin, Kojic Acid, Azelaic acid, Licorice, Melatonin etc…. So it’s just perfect!
• Use lightweight Moisturizers…swap thick creams for lightweight moisturizers.
I love using the @topicals Like Butter Moisturizer so much. It melts into my skin and doesn’t make me sweat! It contains Squalane, Madecassoside, Ceramides, Licorice, Colloidal Oats etc…my dry skin loves this so much.
• SPF is non-negotiable! USE YOUR SUNSCREEN💯

• @innbeautyproject Keep It Clean Cleanser is a favorite over here. It’s infused with ceramides, 10 amino acids and vegan collagen. What I love most about it is how lightweight the texture is! It lathers beautifully and leaves my skin feeling really soft and it doesn’t dry out my skin one bit…it has a very soft fragrance that I’m fond of too🥹
✅ this is a worthy replacement for the Byoma jelly cleanser that I recently emptied😘
