What I eat in a day ✅
This is day 1 of a mini 8 week cut. 📉
This mini cut is to tidy up a bit of body fat gained due to injury and being less active over the last couple of months.
This won’t be extreme at all and, as I mentioned on my stories, I still can’t lift weights. 💁♀️
So this is just about managing macros (keeping protein high) while keeping up with my recovery, as well as all the basics: managing sleep, managing stress, getting enough water in, taking all my supplements, etc.
