Canh bí sườn—Vietnamese winter melon soup with pork spare ribs! Recipe below 🫶
INGREDIENTS (4 servings):
1 (~2 lbs) wintermelon / trái bí
1 lb pork spare ribs, 2-3” pieces
1 tbs chicken bouillon
½ tsp salt
6 cups water
2 green onions, sliced
pinch of black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut winter melon into chunks. 2. Boil & rinse pork to remove scum. 3. Add water, bouillon, salt, & trái bí.
4. Cook ~10 min til soft/translucent. 5. Top with green onions & pepper.

3. Season pork, flour, eggs, & panko.
4. Coat pork in flour, eggs, & panko.
5. Air fry at 400℉ for ~12 mins.
