Homemade #ribeyesteak #friedrice .
#steakfriedrice ingredients:
1 8oz #ribeye cut into small cubes
1 1/2 cups cooked #whiterice
1 tablespoons sesame oil
1 small white onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon of dark soy sayce
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Salt to taste

2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick or 113g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
3/4 cup (150g) packed light or dark brown sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1/3 cup (80g) plain yogurt or sour cream, at room temperature
2 cups (460g) mashed bananas (about 4 large ripe bananas)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup of nutella
Using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat the bananas butter and brown sugar together on high speed until there arent a lot of lumps. With the mixer running on medium speed, add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Then beat in the yogurt and vanilla until combined.
Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together in a medium bowl.
slowly beat the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until no flour pockets remain. Do not over-mix.
Pour 1/4 of batter and spread the into a 9x5 loaf pan that is lined with parchmwnt paper or baking spray. Drizzle over the batter some nutella and swirl into the batter.
Add another 1/4 batter and swirl in more nutella. Repeat this process until all the batter is in tbe pan.
Bake at 350ยฐ for 60 minutes or until the bread is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean with only a few small moist crumbs.
