every thing above 20 sets per week is not gonna gain u more muscle. a study was made showes that the most muscle is gained between 14-22 sets per week

yes sir. a total of 14 to 22 sets per muscle group, 14 for ur good muscles 22 for the weaker muscles. split them for better quality sets🙏💪
