We are in the year end festive mood. This is it guys! A 2-in-1 recipe for you - A classic eggnog and an eggnog rum and raisin ice cream to rule them all for this season to be jolly.
Eggnog:
4 yolks
75g sugar
320g milk
2 whole cloves
Pinch of cinnamon
160g heavy cream
2tbsp dark rum
Eggnog Rum Raisin ice cream:
360g heavy whipping cream
120g eggnog
8 strokes of nutmeg on microplane
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
Rum soaked raisins
Add-on:
Graham or speculoos (aka Biscoff)
