As a small business owner, I’m always learning something new, which I love, but sometimes it can be frustrating. Last week, I learned that you always need to check in on your e-commerce options to make sure everything is working. Unbeknownst to me, my Facebook notifications weren’t working and I missed an order that sat for a while.
