doing cardio before your workouts it’s not recommended it causes muscle fatigue before weight training majority should be done afterwards.

What about cardio between weight training within same days. Like I just do lat pull downs then Treadmil then seated rows then Treadmil.. etc etc

that would be endurance and isn’t actually necessary unless that’s how you prefer to train, whatever gets us through the workout 😅
