Mango season is here! 🥭✨ Time to whip up this super easy 3-ingredient Mango Mousse by @stylemyplate 💛 INGREDIENTS 400g mango - get from Taste Growers Market 1-2 tbsp icing sugar 150ml thickened cream STEPS - Blitz the mango flesh in a food processor until smooth. - Strain through a fine sieve, it should yield about 1 cup. - Whisk cream and sugar to medium peaks. Add the mango purée and fold through until well combined. Adjust sweetness if necessary by adding a little more sugar, whisking again to combine. If the mixture isn’t holding its shape, whisk until it does. Remember it’ll further set in the fridge so don’t overdo it. - Pour into a serving dish and chill overnight. - Top with frozen raspberries, pistachios and rose petals.
