Any easy way to choose snacks:
- Choose 2-4 components from each of these groups: starchy carb, protein/fat, fun, fresh [always try to have a starchy carb in there!]
- Choose how many components is comfortable and figure out what is satisfying 😋
I recommend 2-3 snacks per day minimum, espeically when you're healing your relationship with food 🩷
