Chicken soup may be good for the soul, but a social media break is even better- according to Meta, it has been a 110-day break.
Here’s my summer recap:
We welcomed Bizmo, an 8-year-old Yorkie with cancer, and said goodbye to our 17-year-old Pekingese, Brutus. We also welcomed Bucky Boy, a 16-year-old Maltese whom we then said goodbye to eight days later.
I started seeing a psychologist again, who diagnosed me with ADHD and updated my bipolar, OCD, and anxiety meds. I’m just over here collecting mental health diagnoses like Pokemon cards.
My nephew is growing too fast, and we’re only six-months into his life! I treasure every moment with him. The cutest thing ever is how obsessed he is with my pupper pack!

No, I don’t have a picture of my Barbie look.
I really let my style swing in every which direction. I stayed away from aocoal media to find my style without being swayed by trends.
I may not have been online or sharing looks, but I’ve been embracing everything else that I love in lifetime doing old and new things with old and new people. Lots of work. Lots of leaning hard into the new AI advancements. Lots of Star Wars. Lots of everyday chores- how does the laundry keep filling up?
I’m working every day to learn more about myself, who I want to be, and what really matters.
