Jenny is back out on the road and this time travelled north to Warwickshire. She visited Rugby Truck Stop. On first impressions she was very impressed with the welcoming, clean entrance. All available areas were well signposted. The shop was superbly stocked and appeared to cover all requirements you may need whilst out on the road. The restaurant was equally impressive â friendly staff, really clean and lots of choice! There is a takeaway service or there are plenty of tables available, they even bring the food to your table! With the added services of a launderette and barbers/hairdressers on site along with their 5âïž food hygiene rating this is a definite âif you are out and about, check it out!âđ

Best Recruitment Marketing Team of the Year 2022, thatâs something we could get used to hearing! We are still grinning from ear to ear to come home with the trophy.
Last week CEO Kieran Smith and Marketing Manager Katy Tyler headed to the lovely Grosvenor Hotel in Park Lane, London for the 20th Anniversary of the Recruiter Awards.
We were delighted to be shortlisted for two awards: Best Recruitment Agency Marketing Team of the Year and Agency Recruitment Leader of the Year. We were against some very worthy competitors and kept our fingers crossed. And then ⊠Driver Require! Kieran and Katy then had the task of weaving their way through many seats to reach to the stage, where they very gladly accepted the award from DeeDee.
Unfortunately, we did not come home with the second award - huge congratulations to Nadia Edwards-Dasthi, CCO of Harrington Starr, for her worthy win.
Weâd like to share our congratulations to the other shortlisted marketing teams; Camino Partners, @carringtonwest , Commercial Services Group, Compass Recruitment Solutions, @csp_recruitment , Harper Fox Partners and @randstaduk . Thank you for being fantastic competition.
Our award has taken pride of place with our previous awards in our Head Office in Stevenage, and we look forward to (hopefully) adding to the collection in coming years.

Jenny is back from her holidays and out and about again. This time she visited Grizzlyâs otherwise known as North Way Diner, situated near Lower Caldecott on the A1 Northbound. If you are wanting a homely feel in a convenient location, with plenty of parking, then this is the place for you. Iris and Angie (mother and daughter) will whip you up a monster breakfast or lunch with a cheery smile and chat. They have a 5 â hygiene rating which gives you confidence. It is a cash only establishment.
Jenny awarded a 10/10 for her lunch of loaded omelette, chips and beans and Gwynne, our Ops Director, awarded the same for his egg and chips. Whilst it is not a full roadside services, it is definitely a great place to have a bite to eat.
