Pumpkin pie vibes + AG1=your new go-to smoothie. 🍂 AG1 partnered with chef @candicekumai , on a series of fall-inspired recipes that pair well with (or include!) AG1.
In this seasonal smoothie, she combines ingredients like pear, pumpkin, omega 3-rich hemp seeds, and a scoop of AG1 for a hearty, boldly-hued beverage that’s ideal for pre- or post-workout.
Swap in your favorite milk or alternative milk and, if you’re looking for a hint of chocolate, add in some cocoa powder for even more richness. Watch the full video on YouTube.

Recipe:
Serves 2

Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk)
3⁄4 cup organic pumpkin puree
1 frozen banana
1⁄2 Bartlett pear, cored
1⁄4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 scoop AG1 powder
1 handful of spinach (optional)
Add 1 tablespoon of dark cocoa powder to make chocolate! (optional)
1⁄2 cup ice

Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
2 cups roasted sweet potatoes (purple potatoes, yams work too!)
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
3/4 cup light coconut milk
1 scoop toasted coconut
Dash of cinnamon
fresh ginger (optional)

Directions: Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth! Top with hemp seeds (optional) and serve immediately.
