🔑to a healthy relationship? communication and curiosity…
Good communication is the cornerstone of a healthy relationship. Asking each other questions is one of the best ways to get to know each other and build trust. Here are some great questions couples can ask each other for improving their relationship:
1. What’s your favorite memory together?
Sharing fond memories is essential in any long-term relationship since it helps keep the bond strong while also reminding us what attracted us to our partner in the first place. It's even better if you make it a regular practice, like checking in with each other every Sunday.
2. What do you need more or less support with right now?
It's important to recognize when someone needs help and provide moral or physical support whenever possible. By staying attuned to your partner's needs, you can create an environment where both of you feel loved and appreciated.
3. What do you think we could do more as a couple?
One of the biggest mistakes couples make is not spending enough time together, especially if life becomes busy for one or both partners. Setting aside time exclusively for the two of you.
4. What makes you feel most loved?
The key to any successful partnership is knowing how each person expresses love in different ways—it could be giving gifts, compliments, physical touch, etc.—and meeting those needs accordingly so both parties feel appreciated and valued by their partner.
5. What’s something that has been bothering me lately that I haven’t mentioned yet?
It's inevitable that sometimes issues come up between partners but rather than letting them fester until frustration builds up too much and leads to an argument.
These five questions are just some of many conversation starters couples should consider asking themselves in order to make sure their relationship remains strong over time!Remember: communication is key when it comes fostering long-lasting impactful relationships!

Self Care is About Celebrating Life🎉🎊
Remember: Taking care of yourself is never selfish…it’s an act of love and respect.
Self-care is ESSENTIAL to any celebration of life, while also providing an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves. Practicing self-care or having a “self-care day”reminds you of your life and how important is to take time for yourself.
Self-care is respect, honor, and love… all things that make life worth celebrating.
So, wether it’s going for a run, getting a mani/pedi, or even just dedicating two hours of your time to not working…it it ALWAYS important to put yourself first.

The term "mindfulness" has been used to refer to a psychological state of awareness, the practices that promote this awareness, a mode of processing information and a character trait.
Several disciplines and practices can cultivate mindfulness, such as yoga, tai chi and qigong, but most of the literature has focused on mindfulness that is developed through mindfulness meditation.
Researchers theorize that mindfulness meditation promotes metacognitive awareness, decreases rumination via disengagement from perseverative cognitive activities and enhances attentional capacities through gains in working memory. These cognitive gains, in turn, contribute to effective emotion-regulation strategies.
How do we go about practicing it?
There are many simple ways to practice mindfulness. Some examples include:
~ Pay attention. It's hard to slow down and notice things in a busy world. Try to take the time to experience your environment with all of your senses — touch, sound, sight, smell and taste. For example, when you eat a favorite food, take the time to smell, taste and truly enjoy it.
~ Live in the moment. Try to intentionally bring an open, accepting and discerning attention to everything you do. Find joy in simple pleasures.
~ Accept yourself. Treat yourself the way you would treat a good friend.
~ Focus on your breathing. When you have negative thoughts, try to sit down, take a deep breath and close your eyes. Focus on your breath as it moves in and out of your body. Sitting and breathing for even just a minute can help.
