But rather than killing myself with mother’s guilt as usual, I’m starting with small steps.
Like a day spent at the beach. 🏖️
Getting healthy as a family (with two crazy hounds & two busy boys 😅) is about making little shifts to get the balance right.
And the little things count.
We enriched our dogs' lives and their health a little more.
The kids' confidence and mood improved. 💪
And I stepped away from my computer for a change.
