There are lots of different types of IBS..not just one. Whilst *too* much fibre may trigger symptoms..some can actually relieve symptoms

My partner has Crohns and high fibre food like veg is a trigger for a flare up, how else can we incorporate these into her diet?

There are many different sub types of IBS..and while too much fibre is often not great for IBS..some can be beneficial particularly soluble fibre!

Yes & no. The term leaky gut is Mis-used by people. We all have hyper permeable gut states every so often
