…As a woman of color specifically a black woman, it brings me immense joy to bring my work- my Fashion Psychology Field® (@DressYourBestLife) to 📍Vietnam by way of @WallStreetEnglishVN.
If you were not aware, in 1930 the Vietnamese government declared on October 20th that women were entitled to have the same rights as men. Initiatives were created centering around the liberation and support of all women. 🏛️
I am happy to add📍Ho Chi Min as a tour stop this week. 🗺️
At this time in my life, when I reflect on my own womanhood… I realize that I have developed a strong sense of self-reliance which allows my selflessness to be highly authentic. 🥹
My hope and prayer is that I continue to be an example globally…and it can be seen near and far … and it seems this is so…

From your mouth (fingers) to God’s ears (mind).
I felt nauseous all this week after the Psychiatric Evaluation.
I felt as if I wanted to vomit, but my stomach was empty. I barely could speak without that awful hurling feeling.
Psychosomatic symptom:
(of a physical illness or other condition) caused or aggravated by a mental factor such as internal stress.
I rode public transportation hunched over heading to teach my psychology classes for the week. Some of my students saw me and approached me. I was transparent and told them I felt nauseated.
In retrospect, I pushed myself relentlessly over the years, teaching with migraines and all. I allowed my students in all of my classes to catch up on the previous lecture and readings.
I decided to take care of myself.
Next week will be better (speaking it into existence).
