An orgasm a day keeps the doctor away!
I had to throw out the stereotypical ‘apple’ and replace it for ‘an orgasm’ for a few very good reasons:
1. There are a few amazing hormones released during an orgasm including: Oxytocin: This hormone increases happiness and mood. Dopamine: This is the “feel good” chemical in the brain. Endorphins: This hormone blocks pain and increases a sense of wellbeing.
2. Men and women who regularly participate in sexual activity and experience orgasm may improve their cardiovascular and metabolic health.
3. Orgasms may even help alleviate pain, boost fertility, alleviate stress, boost your immune system, and increase focus.
These are just a few reasons why orgasms are beneficial to your health. There are many more benefits and studies being conducted on the many ways orgasms may be helpful to improve both mental and physical health.
Plus, who doesn’t love a good orgasm?

More Information on the Stellate Ganglion Block ℹ️⬇️
A Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) is a procedure that is done by injecting a numbing agent into a specific area of the neck to help reboot your autonomic nervous system and help you to move from your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) back to your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest).
The SGB also helps with gut health because of the gut-brain barrier that is connected via the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve sends signals to and from the ENS (gut nervous system) to the CNS and vice versa. When doing an SGB, we block the vagus nerve as well to reset it. This is why an SGB can also improve gut health.
Although, chronic pain patients and patients with major mental health issues were the typical candidates for this procedure, anyone may benefit from the effects of a SGB. The most current data shows that 80-85% of patients who get one side done feel improvement in their symptoms, 85-90% feel improvement when they have both sides done, and close to 100% of patients report improvement in their symptoms if they combine their SGB with ketamine.
