The bandage helps hold your ice packs on your cheeks so you can start icing right away. And you won’t have to hold the ice packs while you’re still sleepy.
We send you home with two small cheek sized ice packs that are re-usable. Throw them in the freezer and keep icing as much as possible for the first 2-3 days! Icing is under rated but you’ll be so happy if you do.
Make sure to keep the cloth side towards the cheek for optional comfort!
After day 3 you can switch to heat. If swelling gets worse after day 3 give our office a call.
Some people ask: how long should I wear the bandage? You can wear the bandage as long as you want or take it off. Your choice!
