Covid positive nurses can work because they let the others go. Kinda backfired on them didn’t it?

My question is are patients allowed to know the nurse has Covid and can we refuse care from someone who has Covid, I would think we have the right??

I am pro-vaccine but I do not think it was a wise decision to let go out nurses who were unvaccinated, while there was already a shortage before.
