For these jumbo ones, I used a 4.5” wide heart cookie cutter with 6 tablespoons of dough and baked for 12 minutes. If making smaller ones, use the regular baking time (full recipe in my prof!).

Important tip: do not overbake! Take it out when it has the tiniest amount of brown on the edges and you’ll get a really soft & chewy cookie cake.
Also be sure to use the “half cookie sheet” size and not a 3/4 or full size or the recipe won’t be enough (you can use those, you’ll just need to scale it up!).

These taste like if Starbucks cake pops & sugar cookies had a lil’ bebe 😋 The full recipe (and more tips & tricks!) is under the arrows in my profile! But the gist of the recipe is 5-6 cups of sugar cookie crumbs, 8oz cream cheese, and 12oz package of almond bark.
