TMI Alert! My period finally returned at 7months postpartum 🥲 Firstly do yourself a favour and get some period undies! How did i not use these before kids! Those big overnight pads can get stuffed. Secondly if you’re breatsfeeding you need this lactation drinking chocolate! My milk is definitely down.
