Dagny Deutchman hosted October’s Moonthly Meets Workshop, ‘Courting the Night.’ 🌙 Moonthly Meets are guest-hosted monthly workshops in the realms of healing, embodiment & cycle awareness. In this workshop, Dagny taught us the best in modern day sleep science, sleep hygiene, and how sleep cycles relate to other cycles of our own bodies, as well as the body of the moon. She also covered the importance of starting or recommitting to a dream practice.
