1 pound chicken (breast, tenders, or thighs) cut into nuggets
1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
1/4 to 1/2 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese (or freshly grated parm)
3 tbsp parsly, finely chopped
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 garlic cloves, grated
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp Calabrian Chili paste
Salt and Pepper

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the panko, pecorino, parsley, oregano, garlic, and 1 tsp of salt. Then set aside.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, Calabrian Chili paste, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Then set aside.

3. Add all the cut chicken nuggets into the whisked eggs and toss until fully coated.

4. In batches, transfer the nuggets to the seasoned breadcrumb mixture and fully coat the chicken with the panko. Then set aside until you’re ready to cook.

5. Preheat your Air Fryer to 380º, and transfer your chicken nuggets to the air fryer basket (see notes). Spray with cooking spray and cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, crispy, and internal temp reaches 165º.

1lb ground turkey
2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1/2 roasted pepper, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp Calabrian chili paste
Crumbled Feta, as much as you’d like
1 egg
Panko breadcrumbs, as needed
Salt & Pepper

In a medium bowl add the ground turkey, parsley, red onion, roasted pepper, Calabrian chili, crumbled feta, and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Then mix in the panko a little at a time until the meatballs can be formed.

Roll into even size meatballs, and transfer to the air fryer.

Preheat your Cosori Air Fryer to 400°, and air fry 10-14 minutes (depending on the size of your balls) until outside is crispy and internal temp reaches 165°

Tick cut French brioche bread, cut into thick sticks
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup half and half
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon Toast Crunch, as needed

Crush the Cinnamon Toast Crunch until you get a panko breadcrumb consistency, then set aside.

In a bowl, add the eggs, half & half, sugar and spices, and vanilla. Whisk until fully combined.

Dip the brioche bread stick into the custard for about 10-15 seconds per side. Then transfer to the crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch and coat all sides. Repeat, setting aside each stick on a plate, until all the French toast sticks are coated.

Preheat your COSORI AirFryer to 390° . Transfer the sticks to the air fryer, ensuring they don’t overlap, and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until crispy.

Once done, you should have a crunchy exterior with a custardy interior.

// ingredients //
1 box firm tofu + oil

(for the sauce, optional)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chili powder (or BBQ seasoning)
1 tbsp white sesame
1 tsp sugar
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp hot oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Chili flakes and scallions for garnish

1. Cut the tofu into cubes. Pat them dry completely.
2. Brush oil on the basket. Place the tofu in it with gaps in between. Brush oil on all sides of tofu.
3. Cook at 370F for 20 minutes.
4. Add garlic, sesame, chili powder, and hot oil. Mix. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce.
5. Combine well with crispy tofu. Garnish with chili flakes and scallions. Ready to serve.
