Three reasons why I use Notion to organize everything in my life:
#1 I can see things the way I want to see them rather than being constrained by an app designer’s vision.
#2 . I have one central hub for everything I need to get things done - both in work and in life. I open my Notion workspace first thing in the morning and it tells me what to do.
#3 . I can reduce the number of steps it takes to complete any task - rather than hunting for things I need or switching between apps, it’s all right here.
Actually, that’s the just the tip of the iceberg, I could talk nerdy about Notion all day every day. I’m obsessed. 😎

HOW TO CREATE CONTENT IN LESS TIME
There 3 things you should be doing if creating content is keeping you from more important things in your business.
Where time slips through the cracks for most people is when you get stuck for ideas and go down the social media rabbit hole “looking for inspiration.”
So here’s how to get it done with the time you actually have available…
Keep a list of content you can share again on days when you get slammed.You can add a variation of your graphic, a new title, intro, or hook to keep it fresh. We call this a repurposing bank.
Challenge yourself to turn every piece of content you create into AT LEAST one other format – this way you’re doubling your content from 1 idea
For ideas you do not want to be looking for inspiration on the same day you’re actually creating the content, you want to have those ready to go.
We use the Content Calendar system because this is all set up with hundreds of prompts right there and pre-written captions we can use as a place to start and adapt them to our business.
That way we can just get into the zone and have fun with it without getting distracted – this is key because this is where you’re going to get exponentially more done in less time.
