Hi, I'm Anna, the Assistant Manager @congletonmuseum. You might have seen me at the Green Fayre last weekend showcasing the museums newest project and mini exhibition "Our Dissappearing Nature." The project is based on a book in our collection, the 1915 publication by Rev G Cartlidge, who listed all the plants growing in the area during that year. We want to know which plants are still growing in those areas and if new ones are flourishing, so that we can compare the results with Cartlidge's book. More information about the project to follow.
