From Jan 10-March 14 I have lost 10 pounds and gained back inches in muscle. I didn’t starve myself. I didn’t cut out all of my favorite foods. I didn’t increase my hours at the gym. But I did make small sustainable changes step by step and improved my healthy habit choices. The more mindful you are the easier it becomes to reach your goals!
During last night’s barre class I had a few pictures taken it was when I looked at them that I realized how much I have progressed. I never picked up a weight heavier than 12 lbs. I never made progress either.
Now I’m deadlifting 116lbs and pressing 35lbs. I see progress and I’m in love. Don’t be afraid to push your strength. When done properly uou will be rewarded with strength and aesthetics.
