Tried it as a test. Definitely felt it after one set 😭 but it burns so good
I thought you shouldn’t do this as a warm up bc it will exhaust the muscle so when you move on to weights you don’t have strength??
This is only band (volume) before moving to compound lifts. If your a super beginner maybe not but this shouldn’t deplete all your strength
From my understanding this isn’t for the glute more for the muscle underneath it making it feel like the glute ?

okay wait so I have upper n bottom glutes but the middle part I'm still flat does that makes sense??
I prefer fabric bands, so much more comfortable
They don’t have as much range of motion though
