Couples work out 😘 hey yall check out the form for the push ups. Main thing is to put your hand directly underneath your shoulders and to squeeze your glutes. You can lock your elbows out at the top or keep the tension in the arms and out of the joint by keeping them bent at the top of the movement. And you can always modify them coning in Part 2. #pushup #couplestiktok
Our goal is to help as many people as possible. That starts with just getting up and going for a walk. The next phase is incorporating some level of fitness that will get you moving dynamically. After that is the fun part. Lifting heavy 😛 Id love for people to get to lifting first but the truth is theres a learning curve.
