Special Release! Those who have followed us for a few years know we were lucky enough to be involved in the first ever Yemenia Auction in 2020. Yemenia is a newly discovered but ancient mother varietal of the coffee family. Now we are proud to be releasing our 3rd series from Yemen.

We are very lucky to have another small crop to share with you from Village of Bait Alal. This truly epic coffee growing region is producing some of the most amazing tasting coffee of the Yemenia mother population. If you are yet to try a Yemenia, now is the time!

First time Billy got his haircut post bun, the barber found muscles on his head he said was from frowning. In our roastery, you can often see Billy with resting b**ch face but he say's he's just "concentrating".

In all seriousness, Billy's not too bad. He make's a mean batch brew and is the man behind any and all playlists playing throughout the roastery and will be seen most Saturday's sporting something blue, beer or coffee in hand, on his way to the @Leinster Rugby match!

Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. Tim is our in-house smooth expert. When he's not out front running our Dispensary, Tim is part of our production team, keeping all things nice and smooth.

When Tim's not pouring the perfect shot, chances are you'll find him up above climbing or hiking. Next time you pop by the Dispensary at our roastery in Crumlin, be sure to say hey to Tim and be ready for a trademark "Whats up dude?".

To start the season off why not share the love and create iced coffee for the crew with the Moccamaster like @dussy_k here. Dustin is also using our new Kenyan single origin - Kiamamui AB - a must try summer coffee!

- 60g coffee ground a little finer than normal
- 600g water
- 400g ice in the jug
- Serve coffee over a bed of ice
