Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right. – Henry Ford. This is a quote I have delivered to my children throughout the years and it is a constant reminder of how limiting thoughts can hold us back.
I’m so inspired tonight after speaking to a woman in her 50s finding the courage to follow her dreams! My heart balloon is full!

Here’s your friendly reminder before every trip to be prepared for the unexpected!
You never know what life might throw your way! I see on average 1-2 bags a rotation with broken handles,. I cant walk more then 10 feet in airport without seeing broken wheels and during spring break duct taped luggage was oh to common.
Need a full water just in case its too bumpy for FA to do service(water bottle)allergies often cause issues with ears popping in flight(sudafed) dehydration and cabin conditions can cause dry lips(lib balm) if its turbulent having a bigger bag is easier to do your business in(trash bag)

Coming from someone who wants to always be in the know(I’m an INTJ)
These are two of my favorite resources. What do you do for stress free travel?
When our family decided to take a ski trip during spring break(with four of our eight kids) I made sure they were all set to stay up-to-date on all things for the days travels.

Feeling the pressure of airport stress? You're not alone. The simplest things back a difference for everyone.
Air travel can be an exciting adventure, but there's no denying that it can also be incredibly stressful. From navigating through security to rushing to catch a flight, the pressures of the airport can take a toll on even the most seasoned traveler.
One of the biggest sources of airport stress is time management. With so many different checkpoints and procedures to go through, it can be easy to lose track of time and end up running late. To avoid this, it's important to plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time to get to the airport, check in, and go through security.
Another major source of stress is the unpredictability of air travel. Delays, cancellations, and lost luggage can all throw a wrench in your plans and leave you feeling frustrated and helpless. While there's no way to completely eliminate these risks, staying informed and being prepared can help you feel more in control.
Overall, the key to managing airport stress is to stay calm and flexible.
*Take deep breaths
*Stay hydrated
*Try to maintain a positive attitude even when things don't go as planned.
Remember that everyone else at the airport is likely feeling the same stress and frustration, so be kind and patient with fellow travelers and airport staff. With a little bit of preparation and a lot of patience, you can make your next airport experience a little less stressful.

Five years ago, I made a decision that would change my life and left behind my comfort zone to discover a whole new side of me. It was scary doing something different especially at my age, but I have no regrets. I have met so many amazing people and had once in a lifetime experiences.
AND….traveled to 20 different countries, 47 of the 50 states and there is so much more to come.

This is what my coolest friend told me to do with notes on how accurate it was:
1. Visit the Tampa Riverwalk - Take a stroll along the 2.6-mile-long Tampa Riverwalk and enjoy the scenic views of the Hillsborough River.
2. Explore Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park - This 8-acre park is a great place to relax, have a picnic, or enjoy a game of frisbee. The park also hosts various events throughout the year.
3. Visit the Tampa Museum of Art - Admission to the museum is free on Thursdays from 4 pm to 8 pm. Explore the museum's collection of contemporary and modern art.
4. Check out the Tampa Bay History Center - Learn about the history of Tampa Bay through interactive exhibits, artifacts, and storytelling.(NOT FREE)
5. Visit the Tampa Bay Public Library - The library offers a wide range of books, magazines, and other resources. You can also attend free events such as author talks and workshops.
6. Take a tour of the Tampa Theatre - This historic movie palace is a must-visit for film buffs. You can take a free tour of the theatre and learn about its history.(NONE available today) but great building)
7. Visit the Henry B. Plant Museum - The museum is located in the former Tampa Bay Hotel, which was built in 1891. Learn about the hotel's history and its role in the development of Tampa.(NOT FREE but 100% worth it walking around Univ of Tampa Campus)
8. Enjoy the outdoor art installations - Downtown Tampa is home to several outdoor sculptures and art installations. Take a walk around and discover these works of art.
9. Take a selfie at the Tampa Sign - The iconic Tampa sign is located near the Tampa Riverwalk. Take a selfie with this popular backdrop.
10. Attend a free concert or event - Check out the events calendar for free concerts, festivals, and other events happening in downtown Tampa. (I used a follow up questions and there are real time limitations to this technology)#traveltiktok #travellife #travelhacks #travelplanner #chatgpthack #chatgpttravel #flightattendant #flightattendantlife #downtowntampa

"Turbulence: The unpredictable dance of the skies."
1. Turbulence is a chaotic and unpredictable flow of air or fluid that occurs when the flow becomes unstable.
2. It is caused by a variety of factors, including changes in wind speed and direction, differences in temperature and pressure, and the presence of obstacles or eddies in the flow.
3. Turbulence can occur at any altitude.
4. It can be classified into three main types: convective turbulence, mechanical turbulence, and shear turbulence.
5. Convective turbulence is caused by the heating of the earth's surface, which creates rising currents of warm air that can disrupt the flow of air around an aircraft.
6. Mechanical turbulence is caused by the interaction of wind with terrain or obstacles such as buildings, mountains, or trees.
7. Shear turbulence is caused by changes in wind speed and direction over a short distance, which can create strong vertical and horizontal gusts of air.
8. Although rare, turbulence can be dangerous for aircraft, particularly for smaller planes, and can cause injuries to passengers and crew if they are not properly secured.(the death that occured was on a private jet)
9. Pilots use a variety of techniques to avoid turbulence, including flying at higher altitudes, changing course, and adjusting their speed and altitude.
10. Advances in technology have made it possible to predict and avoid turbulence more accurately, but it remains a challenging and unpredictable aspect of air travel. #turbulence #flightcrew #afraidofflying #fearofflying #flightattendant #buckleuponplane #safetytips
