I didn’t know if this was the right video to post because so few of my orders come from here - but basically in doing the math for my business and our environmental impact, it’s no longer sustainable to offer free shipping at $20. Our free shipping minimum is going up to $50 on Monday 6/5.

I hope this transparency helps customers (and even people who just buy other things online) understand the impact of free shipping for small brands like mine. Free shipping isn’t actually free, and I wish we talked about it more.

If you’re also a small brand owner, I hope this transparency helps you evaluate your free shipping calculations too.
