What do you think of the results? I love @dhirplasticsurgery because he is a double board certified facial plastic & reconstructive surgeon who gives very natural results.
Iโve lost some fat and volume over the years which causes the tissue to sag. But as he mentioned, because I have larger features naturally (the cheek bones, lips, etc) I have to be careful with facial fillers to not look overdone ๐ณ.
I love his technique because instead of placing the HA filler over the bone he places it under where he would be placing sutures to lift if I was getting an actual face lift. He doesnโt use much but the results are pretty amazing. You can see the minimal but effective lift I get from my eye area to cheeks, jaw, and neck. What do you think of the before and after?
Iโve been seeing Dr. Dhir for years and couldnโt recommend him more for all facial procedures! He just opened a new beautiful office and his staff is terrific too ๐ฅฐ

This is a MUST for our family. I can live without sleep, without a shower, without a second to myself, BUT NOT WITHOUT NUTRITIOUS FOOD ๐ฒ!
Iโm running non-stop all day and need protein-packed, veggie-filled meals that I donโt have to think about. Each week I organize a list of recipes that include a few animal and fish based proteins, a few steamed veggies or veggie soups, raw chopped veggies, seasonal fruits, and some rice/grains/pasta. I mix and match until Friday (when we order out) and we go out a lot on weekends for fun family time.
I used to prep this all on Sunday and honestly my recipes are pretty simple so they donโt take long to make. But I ran out of time since the baby arrived for even 2 hours on a Sunday (well I could but I would rather be with my kids) so my friendโs mom now comes to make the recipes I select for us!
Where there is a will there is a way and your nutrition is more important than even your workouts. It feeds every part of your body. Make it a priority!
