RECIPE (Yields one martini)👇
🤎INGREDIENTS:
•2 ounces vodka (I used Grey Goose )
•1 ounce Bailey’s Almande
•1/2 ounce pure pumpkin purée
•1/2 ounce pure maple syrup
•1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
•2 ounces espresso
•1-2 handfuls ice
🤎DIRECTIONS:
•Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker or a tall glass, making sure to add the ice last.
•Shake 20 times
•Strain into a chilled martini glass, making sure to shake all the foam out of the shaker into the glass!
•Garnish with pumpkin pie spice and 3 espresso beans
🤎HOW TO MAKE FRENCH PRESS ESPRESSO (Yields roughly 4 ounces espresso)
•Add 1/2 cup ground coffee beans and 1 cup hot water into French press.
•Let it steep for 5 minutes, then very slowly press the French press down!

💜Pre-Workout Raspberries
✨INGREDIENTS:
•1 pint raspberries
•1 1/2 scoops @alaninutrition blue slush pre-workout
✨INSTRUCTIONS:
•Gently wash and pat dry the raspberries.
•Add them to a ziploc bag along with 1 scoop of the pre-workout and then quickly, but gently shake them to evenly coat them all.
•Add another 1/2 to 1 more scoop of pre-workout , and shake again.
•Freeze until desired texture. *Leave the ziploc bag open and they will freeze faster!! I like to eat them when they’re half frozen, so, cold with a bit of “crunch,” but not super hard 🙂
✨I love eating a handful of these (about half of them) on my way to the gym when I’m hungry and want a boost of energy! Sometimes I’ll eat a couple mid-day when I want a little pick-me-up 😜
