Hi! So idk how much of anything that I used because I made such a huge pan. However, I can share my ingredients .. I say season and butter everything to YOUR liking but also understand because potatoes naturally soak up flavor you may want to use a heavier hand when adding the spices .. I bake on 375 covered in foil, then after about an hour and a half I remove the foil, stir the yams around and continue to bake them until the kitchen starts to smell like fall 🍂🍁, and/or they’re as soft as I’d like them to be .. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup SELF-RISING flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup almond milk
1/2 stick of vegan butter
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
1/3 cup veggie oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 TBS vanilla
1 individual sized package of applesauce
RECIPE:
1.) Pre-heat oven to 425
2.) Mix all ingredients in a bowl
3.) Grease/Butter a baking dish, or cast iron skillet
4.) Pour batter inside
5.) Bake for about 20-25 mins or until a fork comes out clean
6.) Douse in butter and honey .. Enjoy!

Quick Peach Crisp |
Crumble/Crisp
-1 stick butter
-1 cup oats
-1 cup brown sugar
-1 cup flour
-pinch of salt
1.) mix all together in a bowl until it becomes a crumbly mess
2.) In a medium pot add 2 bags of frozen peaches, 1 TBS vanilla, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, juice of half of lemon, HELLA cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp ground cloves, 1/2 tsp all spice, 1 stick of butter & a pinch of salt ..
3.) Once the fruit is softened slightly, and the spices & sugars have dissolved evenly, then the fire off
4.) Strain fruit & keep juices on the side
5.) Add fruit to a baking dish along w/ 1/3 cup of the juices & then pour crumble/crisp mixture on top
6.) Bake on 350 for about 20 mins or when your house begins to smell heavenly 😊
7.) Let cool for about 10 minutes, serve with ice cream & pour the juice from the peaches over the top .. Enjoy !
