I made homemade preserves and let me tell you, it’s so good! Let me show you how to make your own. It only takes about 10 mins‼️ RECIPE BELOW ⬇️
Where my jelly, jam, preserves people? Which one do you prefer?
Strawberry Preserves Recipe- 10oz.
1Lb Fresh Strawberries 🍓
1/2 Lemon 🍋
2 TBSP Pectin
1/2 Cup Sugar
Pinch of sugar (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in pot
Bring to boil (low-medium heat)
Stirring until sugar dissolves (don’t raise heat)
Boil on high heat 5 mins without stirring
Remove from heat, skim foam if necessary
Let cool down for 10 mins
Pour in hot, sterile jar (be careful)
Refrigerate
‼️Last 3 Weeks in Refrigerator
