I had a job like this. but it was the GM who scheduled me for the overtime, then tried to fix my time so it looked like I only worked regular hours.😳

That is illigal. Even if it wasn’t approved even if she doesn’t typically pay overtime if they work overtime they have to pay

I used to work under the table for a small company and they took taxes.. but taxes that weren’t suposed to be taken out so she took it for herself.

ask for comp time. meaning you would get 20 hrs off with pay to compensate for the extra hours you worked. it would be 20 bc thats the same as ot pay
