can you put creatine in food or do you have to drink it? like does it chemically break down in food/exposure to heat?

I'm on creatine 7 days a week but if I ever go off it ( sick or on holiday) I swear I lose so much water weight.

Quit creatine for like 1 month and my endurance went out the window, could not stay in the gym for more than 45 min. Back on creatine now 😁

in terms of reps to failure. doing about 16 reps on a certain weight or if I go up weight slightly I can only go to around 8 reps. what is better?

Can it make you feel a bit sick or is that in the beginning? It always made me feel a bit bloated and sick whenever I took it
