The previous owners added this “privacy” film to the 30 windows in these French doors. After 1 took eight painstaking hours to remove, I decided there had to be a better way! 🤪 Soak the glass in Dawn Powerwash, cover with plastic wrap to keep the moisture in place, then wait ⏱️ about 2 hours. It took a little picking to get it started but then came off in mostly solid pieces… 2 minutes each! 🙌 We have 4 other spots in the house that need the same treatment… it’s way less daunting a job now 😅 Send this to someone who you want to save HOURS of picking! ....................................... ✨Bedroom glow up ✨ Can we talk for a sec how hard it is to design a boy’s bedroom when they are in that transition between kid and pre-teen? 🤔 My 10-year-old son isn’t ready to let go of toys and stuffies (and me neither, tbh) but I know we’re not far from him wanting a more “grown up” room. Can we talk for a sec how hard it is to design a boy’s bedroom when they are in that transition between kid and pre-teen? 🤔

My 10-year-old son isn’t ready to let go of toys and stuffies (and me neither, tbh) but I know we’re not far from him wanting a more “grown up” room.

I LOVED working with Mickey on this design though. It was so fun to get his take on different options and his excitement over the wall mural was the cutest. 💚

Ok, it WAS terrible. 😅 First I took down the porcelain plate-turned-clock on the wall and the intricately laced curtains. Then I shopped and designed for something like… oh 12 years or so and then FINALLY decided to hire a pro to bring the vision to life… right before we moved out of the house 🫠 Huuuuuge thank you to Ryan of Coleman Properties for his dedication and positive attitude when suppliers didn’t deliver. We never got to enjoy the “after” bathroom ourselves but are happy to have finished the project in time for the next family to love it. 💚 .......................................
