Colour analysis is always about looking at the best colours for YOU. She was previously colour analyzed as a Soft Autumn in a 12 season system. Definitely the brown top is so much better! Here is what she said after receiving her Warm Spring results from me: “Wow, I’m Amazed & Relieved at my results. Being a Warm Spring makes so much sense to me! I previously had my coloring done with someone in the 12 season system and was told I was a Soft Autumn. I felt like it wasn’t crazy off but it still didn’t feel right at all! Through watching your content.. I wondered if I was a Spring but didn’t know which one. Then you analyzed me as a Warm Spring.. the palette between Spring & Autumn, more toasty than Spring and less earthy than Autumn. I was always told how amazing I looked in heavy cream and warm browns… now I see why! Black has always drained me despite everyone saying Black “looks good on everyone”. You cannot look at someone’s surface colouring and know their undertone and colour analysis results - this statement applies to all humans! Making colour analysis assumptions based on someone’s surface colouring is not colour analysis at all. Colour analysis is about doing colour comparisons on someone using a 3 step colour analysis process with specific colours and looking at what each colour does primarily to skin vibrancy. If you are not doing colour comparisons, you are not doing colour analysis period. POC can be all undertone options: cool, warm, neutral, neutral-cool, neutral-warm. Anything else is prejudice imo and that is what is taught in accredited colour analysis training programs. Colour analysis is for all humans in their post puberty years.
