I love making homemade marshmallows! They’re perfect for hot chocolate, make a great gift and can be cut into various shapes. I recently made Ina Garten’s homemade vanilla marshmallow recipe, and absolutely love it! Her recipe is the best by far and is my absolute go-to! My favorite healthy smoothie recipe the planet! I’ve been making this for over six months and I’m obsessed! It’s a handful of baby spinach, a tablespoon of chia seed gel, two tablespoons of nutrient dense pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup of frozen wild blueberries, as many strawberries as you’d like (I love Wyman’s frozen strawberries and usually add between eight and 10, a small handful of frozen raspberries, a banana and water!
