I hate adversity in real life, but secretly love heaping it upon my characters in stories. 📷It’s so easy to see in a story that conflict and adversity are going to make the characters stronger and make the story more interesting, meaningful, and touching.
Most of the time in real life it is much, much later that I recognize a trial or adversity has helped me, made me stronger, or taught me something.
I do know that in the midst of any trial I can and do turn to God through prayer and faith, and I am strengthened and blessed every time. No matter what your story is, you don’t have to go through it alone. Heavenly Father is waiting to help, lift, and love you.
