One effective method to learn is the 5-4-3-2-1 Technique. By employing this technique, we intentionally observe and absorb the details of our surroundings using all our senses. The objective is to notice even the smallest of details that we would otherwise ignore, such as faint sounds or the texture of an everyday object. Try it and let us know if it works for you!
