If I could go back and start over here’s what I would tell myself:
👉🏼don’t sweat the small stuff and it’s all small stuff.
In order to grow a business and make an impact, you need the skills and skills requires reps.
Just do the reps.
The good news? Time is arbitrary here…it’s not about time it’s about reps.
👉🏼 You get what you focus on.
When I restarted my Instagram over, I was afraid I would be judged. I thought to myself, “ Beverley, who will want to learn from you when you only have xx amount of followers.”
So, it’s no surprise to me when I’ve directly heard that resistance… your brain will “say yes” to you and directly show you what’s in your awareness. I’m no exception to the rule. It doesn’t matter that I’ve collectively brought in millions over the years between my own business and my clients… the brain will still call in your conscious fears.
The best part? You can’t control the inevitable judgment so you might as well do what it is you love instead of worry about the people who who never going to listen anyway.
👉🏼you are the niche.
Wherever you are now in your business, this is your *super power* there will be a level of connection and support that YOU will be able to provide that *only* you can provide.
Information is abundant, implementation is the key, and *only you* can provide your unique support.
Go all in on you faster because there’s a reason you’re a coach and not a kindergartner teacher.
